Peninsula Voices for Change
Peninsula Voices for Change (PVC) began as a group of people who were shocked and disappointed after the 2016 presidential election results and needed a source of comfort and a place to voice their frustrations and fear. A coffee group that came together through Pantsuit Nation evolved to a politically minded, focused group of people who decided that becoming organized and determined was the best way to make large scale changes in the current government. In February 2017, Peninsula Voices for Change was officially named, a board was nominated, and task forces were formed, and congressional district committees were identified.
The game is rigged. We can whimper, we can whine, or we can fight back. Me? I'm fighting back.
